Grzegorz Birek is a professional chef specializing in modern a’la carte cuisine and a comprehensive organization of restaurant kitchens.
For seven years associated with Warsaw five-star hotels: InterContinental and Hilton.
Winner of the Polish Culinary Cup in 2008.
The chef during culinary events organized under the patronage of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland, related to business cooperation in Nicosia and Bucharest.
Sous Chef awarded by the yellow Gault & Millau guide with three caps of the famous restaurant “L’Enfant Terrible”.
For the past two years, a chef in one of the best restaurants in Warsaw “N31 by Robert Sowa”.
He gained his skills by training in Austria, Italy and as an intern in the best Copenhagen restaurants – with three Michelin stars GERANIUM *** and one star restaurant RELAE *.
Currently, the chef in the newly opened restaurant BISTRO KROMKI, a modern neo bistro serving excellent quality food in a comfort food atmosphere.
